Q. Can I return items if they don’t fit or I change my mind?

A. Yes! You can return any item within 45 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund. Please see our returns page for full information.

Q. How do I create a return?

A. That’s easy, simply click our create a return link found at the bottom of every page.

Q. I can’t find what I’m looking for, do you have this….?

A. If you can’t find the product you require on our website this unfortunately means we don’t currently stock it. However, get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to see what we can do to help!

Q. Can you provide pre-sale advice?

A. Yes, we already have plenty of product information available on our YouTube channel, or feel free to contact us via: email, phone or Facebook or Instagram.

Q. What countries do you deliver to?

A. The countries we currently deliver to: Europe, Australia, New Zealand, America and Canada.

Q. When will I get my stuff?

A. If ordering from mainland UK, you should expect delivery between 3-5 working days. While Mainland Europe and International shipping should expect delivery within 7-10 working days.
