Returns Policy.
Sometimes things don’t fit, sometimes you don’t like them and just sometimes they’re defective. No stress, we’ve got you covered. We have a three core rules with our return policy that must be met for your return to be accepted.
What are the rules of the return policy?
All products being returned that are not defective, must be in saleable condition. That means the item must be unused, unworn, not have been ridden in and still have all the packaging, labels and tags. We’re talking cellophane, paper and every single tag still in place as it came to you.
You have to let us know within 45 days of receiving the item.
When you return it to us, don’t use the packaging as a shipping box. We can’t resell a products that has a shipping label taped to the box and then been thrown the around the back of a Hermes van. If we can’t resell it, we can’t refund you.
What items are non-refundable?
- Free gifts or promotional items.
- Stickers or Graphics Kits
- Anything that has been worn more than just trying it on. Any signs of wear will be rejected.
Are there any charges for returning items?
- We don't charge a return/re-stocking fee.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges.
How do I return my item?
- Click on the returns either at the top or bottom of the page.
- Enter your email address you used for the order and the order number. If you can't find it contact us for help.
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return.
- You will then receive a confirmation email with further instructions. This is not a guarantee of your return being approved.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
