MotoMinded/Baja Designs Epic Headlight Kit - Pre Order

The Brake Shop is 100% about selling products that I and those around me believe in. When I started researching for a better headlight for the Husqvarna ADV Lite Project Bike, one product kept popping up. That product is the MotoMinded Epic plug and play kit. It is the single best headlight I have ever used on an off-road bike. 

The kit is made up of two parts. Motominded produce the 3D printed backing plate that lets the lights mount to your standard headlight in less than five minutes. It’s a plug and play system too, so the lights come wired with the connector to plug in and work with the standard switches. That means you’ve got low beam and high beam too.

The 3D printed backing plate is a MotoMinded proprietary blend born out of nearly 30 years of 3D printing experience. It’s incredibly strong and comes with an ‘if it breaks guarantee’ and an if YOU break it, we’ll replace it at cost price promise. It’s not going to break. The mount is also designed with a ‘Grab and Aim’ system so to set the angle of the lights you grab them and they rotate into place, while never moving on your ride.

While MotoMinded make fitting the lights to your bike as easy as it can be, the Baja Designs lights underpin it. The Epic Kit we’re selling for four-stroke models is the perfect balance for real world, dual sport and ADV Lite use. It’s made up of an S2 model light for the low beam and a Squadron Pro for the main beam. When the main beam is switched on both lights are on, giving you 7350 Lumens for just 60W of draw. 

Baja Designs lights are something else too. The build quality, light beam and attention to detail with the product is utterly unmatched. These are lights that will last you a lifetime and can easily be moved to a new backing plate as you upgrade your bikes. The beam pattern is also customisable too. As standard it’s an even split between flood and spot, but the glass can be changed to have more spot lighting or more flood lighting. The glass isn’t expensive either meaning that any damage to your lights is cheap to rectify.
